FABRIC
TYPE
Developed specifically for the parasail market, these
fabrics have tear strength characteristics similar to
high performance parachute fabrics.
They also have high
elongation properties which allows the fabric
to stretch up to 12 % before the danger of permanent
damage occurs.
FABRIC FINISH
The fabrics are treated with
water-resistant chemicals which enable them to shed water
and dry out very quickly. The ripstop designs limit
tearing when damage does occur. Both fabrics also use
specially selected dyestuffs which prevent cross-staining
from one colour to the next if the parasail is packed up
while still wet or damp.
OPTIONS
There is a choice of two fabrics
available: OL-PZ which offers a soft fabric with low
permeability and OL-KS which offers zero permeability
with a firmer handle.
