FABRIC TYPE
OL - WF is a zero-porosity, high
performance ripstop nylon fabric which is produced to
maintain zero airflow throughout the life of the canopy.
It is designed to be the ultimate fabric for canopies
that are required for superb performance.
FABRIC FINISH
OL-WF is a low-density coating which
has been applied to both surfaces of the fabric. This
seals a thin, flexible polymer which will not abrade or
flake off. A silicone oil film is then applied to give
the fabric anti-static properties, improved sewability,
increased tear resistance and water resistance.
Handling canopies made
with this fabric is very easy as the finish reduces
slippage and movement of the fabric during repacking. It
will also maintain its softness without losing
performance through many cycles of packing and inflating.
RAW MATERIAL
The
fabric is manufactured using bright high tanacity nylon
6.6 with increased U.V. and heat resistance.
